Terms of Service

A position on a public leaderboard, and nothing else. Rank is the bid: listings are ordered by amount, highest first, and equal bids keep the order they were placed in. The full rules are on the Rules page and form part of these terms.

You are not buying advertising placement, guaranteed traffic, clicks, impressions, search ranking, or any commercial outcome. Nobody promises anyone will visit your link.

Your position is not permanent. Anyone can outbid you at any time, and the board is designed so that they will. A bid buys the rank the money supports at the moment it settles, for as long as nobody pays more.

• Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, the merchant of record. Your payment contract and receipt are with Paddle, and any tax is handled there under Paddle’s terms. Nerddevs Ltd. never receives or stores your card details.
• Bids are whole US dollars, $5 minimum and $999,999 maximum. Prices are shown before tax; Paddle adds any tax due in your country at checkout.
• A completed payment is what claims the rank. An abandoned or failed checkout changes nothing on the board. If money settles and your rank is not granted, that is our problem to fix — see the Refund Policy.

A product website or an X handle that you own or are authorised to promote. The specific restrictions — no chat or invite links, no sexual content, no link shorteners, no affiliate or tracking parameters — are listed on the Rules page.

You are responsible for what you link to and for having the right to promote it. Do not list anything unlawful, malicious, deceptive, or infringing someone else’s rights.

• We may remove or ban any listing that breaks these terms or the Rules, at our discretion and without notice. A removed listing stops appearing on the board and stops receiving clicks immediately.
• If we remove a listing for reasons that are our fault rather than yours, you are refunded. If we remove it because it broke the rules, you may not be. The Refund Policy sets out which is which.
• We do not endorse any listing. A high rank means somebody paid more, and means nothing about the quality, safety or legitimacy of what it points to. Follow links at your own judgement.

The board is a side project and is provided as-is, without warranty. We try to keep it up and correct, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

If we ever shut the board down, we will say so on this site, stop taking new bids first, and refund bids that settled but never got the time on the board they paid for.

If these terms change materially we will update the date at the top of this page. A change never applies retroactively to a bid that has already settled.
