Refund Policy

A bid buys a rank. Once the board grants that rank, the bid has done what it was paid to do — so bids are not refundable on request. The exceptions are the cases where the board, not the bidder, is at fault.

When you get your money back

  • You paid and the rank never appeared. If a payment settles and the board does not place your listing, that is a failure on our side. Tell us and we refund in full — or grant the rank, whichever you prefer.
  • We removed your listing for something that was not your fault. If we take a listing down by mistake, or because of a problem at our end, the bid is refunded in full.
  • You were charged twice for the same bid. Duplicate charges are refunded, always. Note that bidding twice on purpose is not a duplicate charge — both bids are real.
  • The board shuts down. If we close getintop.lol, bids that settled but did not get the time on the board they paid for are refunded.

When you do not

  • Someone outbid you. This is the board working as designed, not a fault. Being overtaken is the risk you take, and the reason ranks are worth paying for at all.
  • Your listing did not get the traffic you hoped for. A bid buys a position, never an outcome. See the Terms.
  • You changed your mind, or bid the wrong amount. Bids are final once they settle. Check the number before you pay — the board shows it, and the rank it buys, before checkout opens.
  • We removed your listing because it broke the Rules. Chat links, adult content, shorteners, deception, or anything unlawful. Read the Rules before bidding; they are short and they are the whole contract.

How to ask

Email board@getintop.lol with the listing and roughly when you bid. We aim to answer within a few business days.

Refunds are issued through Paddle.com Market Ltd, the merchant of record, back to the original payment method. Paddle usually returns funds within five to ten business days, depending on your bank. You can also contact Paddle directly using the receipt they sent you — for anything payment-related they are often the faster route.

Refunding a bid removes the rank it bought. The board cannot hold a position that has not been paid for.

Your statutory rights

Nothing here removes rights you have by law. Depending on where you live you may have a statutory right to cancel, and where that applies it takes precedence over this page. Because a rank is granted immediately on payment, exercising it may mean the listing comes off the board.
