Privacy Notice

• The listing itself — the URL or handle you submit, its title, description and icon, all of which are public by design. That is the product.
• Your email, only if you give it. It is optional. It is used for two things: the receipt for your bid, and an alert when someone outbids you. It is never shown on the board, never sold, and never used for anything else.
• A one-way hash of your IP address and a truncated browser user-agent, kept against each bid as an abuse signal. The hash is salted, so the original address cannot be recovered from it. Neither is ever displayed publicly.
• Click counts per listing, aggregated by the hour. Counts, not visitors — no profile, no cross-site identifier, nothing tied back to a person.
• A random session id for the live visitor count, held for 60 seconds and then deleted. It identifies a browser tab for about a minute, not a person.

Card details. Payment is handled entirely by Paddle.com Market Ltd as merchant of record. Card numbers are entered into Paddle’s checkout, not into this site, and never reach our servers.

There are no advertising trackers, no analytics pixels, no third-party cookies, and no data sold or shared for marketing. The board makes money by selling rank, which is the whole point of it.

• Paddle.com Market Ltd — payment, invoicing and tax. They receive your payment and billing details directly and handle them under their privacy policy.
• Resend — delivers the receipt and outbid emails, and therefore receives the address you chose to give.
• Our hosting provider — runs the server and its database, and keeps standard access logs.

Listings and bids are kept for as long as the board runs: they are its financial and moderation record, and a rank that vanished from history would make the board impossible to audit. Click data older than 90 days is deleted. Presence records expire within a minute.

• Stop the emails — reply to any of them, or write to us, and we will switch outbid alerts off for your listing.
• Take a listing down — ask us and we will remove it from the board. See the Refund Policy for what happens to money already spent.
• Ask what we hold, or ask us to delete it — write to us and we will answer. Records we have to keep for tax or fraud purposes are the exception, and Paddle holds the payment records rather than us.
